Shipping

• Orders are typically shipped within 24-48 hours of receipt. This may not be possible based on the quantity requested
• If the item is out of stock, it can take up to 2 weeks to ship
• We understand that shipping costs are rather high. You may choose either Local Pick-up (you pick-up order in Oxford, CT) or USPS (flat rate independent of location or weight)
• Shipping time depends on your location
• We do not combine orders
• We do not ship outside the Continental US or to P.O. Boxes
• If you pay by check or money order, your order will not be shipped until the check has cleared
• There is a $30 fee for all returned checks

Returns

• The merchandise must be in resalable condition
• The customer pays the shipping and a 10% restocking fee will be required
• Please email ordererror@JamiesOrganicCandles.com to report missing merchandise or order errors within 48 hour of receiving the shipment
• No merchandise will be accepted for return without prior authorization
• Please email returns@JamiesOrganicCandles.com to authorize a return explaining the reason for the return

Insurance

• Insurance is included for all USPS shipments
• We package items carefully to ensure safe arrival. Once the package is delivered to the carrier and out of our hands, we are no longer responsible for damage in transit. If your package arrives damaged, contact the carrier.
